Once shipped, delivery typically takes **7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)**, depending on your location.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high demand.

 🔁 Returns & Refunds  

 We want you to feel great about your purchase.

- If your item arrives **damaged or defective**, please contact us **within 5 days of delivery**.  
  This allows us to process your request in time with our fulfillment partner.
- We'll ask for a **photo of the item and packaging** to help us validate the issue.
- **Change-of-mind returns are not accepted**, as our fulfillment system cannot process restocks.

Requests submitted **after 5 days of delivery** may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
